KEA’s commitment to quality – starting with the management and encompassing the staff – is rooted in successfully producing results with integrity and objectivity. KEA has developed procedures and processes and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) to direct how work is performed to consistently produce trustworthy deliverables for our customers that meet their expectations.

 

KEA’s QMS effectiveness and capabilities have been demonstrated to an external internationally recognized accreditation body, American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA). A2LA has audited and accredited KEA to test breath alcohol sensors in the laboratory meeting the stringent standards set forth in ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

 

KEA’s dedication to continual improvement has resulted in ongoing growth of our staff and capabilities to seek adding test methods to the accreditation scope as well as enabling additional non-accredited tests to the KEA portfolio.
